Description:
Job Overview: You’ll be part of the leading experts in environment that pride themselves on grit, integrity, ownership, and innovation. Germfree prides themselves on engineering and developing innovative solutions that make an impact out in the real world. You will be assisting with sales operations for the Sales Division.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist with preparation monthly Sales/Marketing meetings and provide metrics demonstrating sales performance for quotations, lead generation, YTD sales and forecasting (Monthly)
- Support daily Sales operations process by working directly with the sales team to ensure implementation and capture of all elements of the selling process with data captured and recorded within the CRM
- Enter/review Customer Leads and Sales Order into the CRM as needed and verify for accuracy
- Enter Sales Orders into ERP
- Communicate clearly and effectively with prospective customers by telephone or email or live chat as needed
- Ability to receive incoming customer calls and make Project related calls to existing customers
- Provide education regarding Germfree products and associated regulations
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Accounting, Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering
- Overseeing overall sales process (lead to PM hand off)
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with CRM processes and procedures
- Other reasonably related duties
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Team-oriented to achieve company objectives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (listening, speaking, writing, grammar)
- Professional manner demonstrated both in person and on telephone
- Ability to understand technical knowledge and communicate same to prospects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a desk while using the computer and telephone
- Basic math skills and calculator use
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Sales admin/coordinator experience
- Experience with Salesforce suit preferred
- Experience with Global Shop ERP is a plus
