A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Trusted Advisor – partnering with sales management to develop sales strategy, develop and improve sales coverage and organization strategy, have objective insight into sales productivity, and recommend strategic improvement.
  • Sales Performance - Working with sales leadership to document and manage action plans through resolution, creating measures and tracking progress on results, leading metrics and productivity of new hires and helping to make decisions on sales resource allocation.
  • Deal Support – Working with teams to promote effective, efficient deal workflow and supporting quarter end volume.
  • Sales Planning – Providing insight and recommendations on sales coverage improvement opportunities to pursue strategic growth initiatives.
  • Forecasting – driving accurate, consistent, and timely forecast submission.
  • Sales Incentive Plan – providing input to the Sales Compensation Plans and communicating plans. Assisting in issue resolution.
  • Creating sales campaigns, sales bonus incentive programs by updating performance, reporting, and communicating to participants to drive success.
  • Sales Tools & Productivity – Identifying barriers with sales productivity. Partnering with sales leadership to strategize, develop and implement targeted pipeline generation programs.

Do you have what it takes?

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years related work experience in sales operations or similar role
  • 3 years of sales forecasting and methodology experience, preferably at a SaaS technology company

Do you stand above the rest?

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, sumifs etc.)
  • Salesforce experience
