Tronios Distribution UK (TDUK) is a leading distributor in the sound and lighting industry, supplying equipment to events, productions, television, and entertainment venues for over 20 years. We’re expanding our UK team and seeking an organised, motivated Sales Operations Executive to join us at our Thurrock distribution centre.

THE ROLE

As a Sales Operations Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting our field sales representatives and ensuring exceptional service for our customers. You’ll manage customer communications, handle orders, arrange deliveries, and collaborate with our marketing team to enhance customer engagement. While knowledge of the sound and lighting industry is a plus, the ability to stay organised and deliver outstanding customer service is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with customers via phone, web chat, and email to provide advice, support, and close sales.
• Coordinate with the Tronios head office to deliver tailored solutions for customers.
• Support sales reps by arranging visits, maintaining relationships, and providing aftercare for existing clients.
• Manage order processing, including shipments and delivery scheduling.
• Streamline administrative tasks to ensure an efficient sales process.
