So whatever your role, if you share our passion for helping others, you’ll be working towards creating a better and fairer future for all.You are responsible for Support the team generating commercial proposals;• Carry out reviews, when necessary, to support the team with information necessary for negotiations and process;• Be guided by the team in the preparation of the necessary material for the order, collecting the documents relevant to the sale of the product, ensuring compliance with the company’s requirements;• Support the team in sending data for credit approval, extracting documents relevant to the negotiation and filling out a form with the sale information;• Prepare the necessary documents to issue the sales contract, extracting from the system information regarding the product configuration and attaching it to the consultation folder;• Provide information to your management to carry out weekly sales project meetings, requesting support from the areas involved;* Manage KPIs and process reviews.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceStudent enrolled in a local University studyingAdministration, International Relations, International Trade, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related coursesPassionate person, eager to learn, autonomous, independent;Project management skills and continuous improvements mindset;Good analytical and communication skillsEager to take initiative and ownership of your projects and focused on understanding customer needs;Advanced English both verbal and written;Advanced MC Office(Excel and PowerPoint is a must).How we work at PhilipsOur newly-adopted hybrid work concept fuses flexibility with collaboration to deliver great outcomes for our people and our customers.
