Responsibilities
- Sales Support
- Assist in achieving sales goals by providing administrative support to the sales team.
- Process, track, and follow up on special orders and repair requests, communicating status to client advisors.
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving new merchandise, ticketing, and organizing backstock.
- Process damages, reticketing, mark out of stocks, and returns to vendors (RTVs).
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain data integrity in sales systems, such as Salesforce.com.
- Coordinate and schedule sales training and events.
- Manage sales enabling tools and technologies.
- Customer Service
- Assist with special events, including processing and reconciling necessary invoices and client orders.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and a luxury mindset.
- Team Collaboration
- Support jewelry specialists on the sales floor with any requests or needs that enhance the overall client experience.
- Manage, coach, and develop sales team members in relationship selling, product knowledge, repairs, and adherence to store procedures.
