Position Summary
Enovis Canada is currently seeking a Sales Operations Manager to be part of our Canadian Leadership team. We are looking for a commercial, dynamic and experienced person to join a leading medical technology company & doesn’t settle with status quo, forever pursuing continuous improvement. This role will oversee commercial, operational and customer strategy within the region.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Operations Manager will be a pivotal member of the sales team, responsible for optimizing the sales processes and ensuring the efficient functioning of the sales department. This role is designed to support sales leadership in driving operational excellence, analysing sales performance, and implementing strategies that increase sales productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience & Enablement
- Implement, and manage scalable sales processes that align with the company’s objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency of sales workflows and procedures.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on sales data to drive strategy and decision-making.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage sales tools and technologies that improve the efficiency of the sales team.
- Partner with Marketing to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Collaborate with Product teams to ensure sales has the necessary tools, collateral, and training to effectively sell new products and services.
- Develop and deliver sales training programs and materials to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.
- Implement best practices in sales operations and ensure continuous improvement.
- Lead special projects aimed at improving overall sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have direct or related industry experience and a strong background in Sales Operations/Sales Management. Your expertise should encompass both commercial and operational aspects, with a proven ability to develop and execute targeted customer expansion strategies. You should be highly driven by working with people, offering solutions, and capitalizing on new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare
- 5 years experience working in a matrixed, global organization, highly collaborative on cross-functional projects
- Innovative thinker able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex problems and provide actionable insights using a data driven approach
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
- Strong consulting, facilitation, project management and relationship management skills
- Highly motivated, creative, self-sufficient, able to operate effectively with a team
