Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building out the core capabilities and configurations required for ‘enterprise systems’ that will enable customers and colleagues to navigate the end-to-end Sales journey with zero friction, defining a suite of systems to ensure a first class digital & physical experience is delivered every time.
  • Help to build, develop and enhance the market specific 8-week Business Case sprint for launch markets, aiding in the development of materials that will support the final board presentation or be used as a point of reference in future market launches. Ready to embrace an ever changing landscape where more questions will surface as we try to launch a brand in competitive markets.
  • To scope within Financial Services, key players, products, services and legislative requirements for each of the ‘core’ markets we wish to enter. This will act as a building block to support the VP of Sales make Introductions to these key players as the operating structure is developed.
  • To scope the key B2B players & products e.g. Leasing, Government, SME, Subscription across the ‘core’ markets we wish to enter and to commence building relationships in conjunction with the VP of Sales.
  • Support Dept. Heads within Sales & Aftersales, map and develop customer journeys incl. initial view on Retail Theatre, this will working in close collaboration with CX & Innovation to ensure these journeys are built with the customer and what is possible from a sales & service perspective 10/10.
