  • Expertise in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, with experience managing all stages of the sales cycle.

  • Solid understanding of marketing processes and strategies, with the ability to connect sales and marketing efforts for pipeline development.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial finance and sales support in complex business environments.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Operations Manager to take charge of integrating sales planning, reporting, forecasting, and processes across our global acquisitions. This role is pivotal in driving successful sales transformations within newly acquired companies, ensuring alignment with our optimised sales models and systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Global Sales Integration: Lead the integration of sales processes, reporting, and forecasting for all acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate data across regions.
  • Sales Forecasting: Develop and implement changes to the sales forecasting process, while collaborating with leadership in acquired businesses to ensure timely and accurate sales projections.
  • Sales Transformation: Drive change management initiatives, transitioning acquired businesses to our enhanced sales, service, and marketing models, including CRM implementation and strategy optimisation.
  • Collaborative Goal Setting: Work closely with the Sales Operations Director to set strategic goals aligned with revenue targets during the integration of new acquisitions.
  • Data Integrity: Implement and oversee policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of CRM data across all acquired companies.
  • CRM Training & Best Practices: Deliver ongoing training on Salesforce and CRM best practices, fostering adoption and ensuring system efficiency within newly integrated teams.
  • Sales Incentive Plans: Design and manage sales incentive programs for various territories, supporting the Group’s financial goals.
  • Ad Hoc Business Analysis: Conduct detailed business analysis as required, providing data-driven insights to support business decisions.
