As a Sales Operations Manager, you will oversee and optimize our sales processes, implement and manage CRM systems, and coordinate external contractors such as agencies. You will leverage your leadership skills, data-driven mindset, and process optimization expertise to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations in fast-paced environments.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales operations, with proven experience in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk Sell) implementation, process optimization, and managing external contractors/agencies
  • High-Paced Environments: Previous experience in fast-paced workspaces such as startups, consulting, or tech
  • Process Automation: Hands-on experience with no-code automation tools or similar technologies for optimizing workflows
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work closely with other sales team members
  • Contractor Management: Experience managing external teams, including freelancers and agencies

Responsibilities:

  • CRM Implementation: Lead the implementation and optimization of a new CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk Sell) to enhance sales and customer management
  • Contractor Management: Oversee the sourcing, onboarding, and management of contractors and agencies, ensuring smooth collaboration and results delivery
  • Sales Process Optimization: Design, implement, and scale sales processes using no-code automation tools (e.g., Airtable, Make) or collaborating with business automation managers to drive operational efficiency
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales operations team, manage KPIs, and drive team performance through effective collaboration and strategy development
  • Data-Driven Sales Management: Use data and KPIs to guide decision-making, optimize sales processes, and enhance overall sales performance
