SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • 3-5 years business experience
  • CRM management experience (HubSpot ideal)
  • Highly analytical and numerically literate with the ability to interpret and dissect data
  • Skilled in ability to present complex data sets back to stakeholders in a simple and digestible format
  • Proficient in excel (or equivalent)
  • Excellent people and communication skills with a professional manner to build trust and long-term relationships with all stakeholders

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced and talented sales operations person to join our growing Finance & Operations team. Our ideal candidate will have spent a few years in either a Sales Operations Executive role or another Sales Operations Manager role within a smaller or similar sized organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build dashboards and reports within HubSpot to allow the business to track its sales KPIs & metrics at companywide, individual, client and team/sector levels
  • Frequent & proactive reporting back to the business on sales KPIs, with analysis and commentary on recommendations
  • Own the client white space analysis and frequently report back to the business on opportunities. This will include opportunities to sell different service offerings to our existing client base and also to sell to different buying centres within our client base
  • Ensure HubSpot pipeline and sales data is up to date and accurate at all times. This will include pipeline amounts and stages as well as deal close and delivery dates
  • Ensure HubSpot client data is correct, including sector and tiering parameter
  • Implement best practice/qualification criteria and monitor adherence when moving pipeline opportunities between stages
  • Ensure MEDDICC training learnings are being transferred into HubSpot qualification processes and data input
  • Be key link between sales teams and finance, ensuring billing done on time & SoWs chased from client where necessary
  • Manage all custom fields and tagging in HubSpot to ensure all reporting needs can be met
  • Give frequent training to business on best-in-class sales CRM usage
