KEY SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role.
  • Demonstrable track record of optimising sales processes and improving sales performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to lead in optimising our sales operations processes, ensuring efficient and effective support for the sales and client teams by analysing sales data, managing sales tools and technologies, and collaborating with our data and finance teams to enhance overall sales productivity and performance. This is a key management position that requires excellent skills, attention to detail and a passion for driving performance through data-driven insights.The role will report to the Chief Revenue Officer. This is a new position and so there is an opportunity to shape the role around the individual.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement sales operations strategies and processes to improve the sales conversion performance.
  • Act as the liaison between the sales team and senior leadership team, providing honest, direct, and clear communication regarding sales operations and performance.
  • Monitor and report on deal progression.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for business development.
  • Manage and maintain sales tools and Hubspot CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Manage the team’s business development, sales forecasts and targets.
  • Create sales performance metrics and KPI’s.
