THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Strong organisational skills and proven ability to identify and lead growth enabling initiatives
• Relevant experience integrating and supporting sales operations processes including salesforce and back-office optimisation
• Have owned the end-to-end process of tracking the sales operations processes and customer experience throughout the onboarding process
• Know when it is needed to adjust to improve performance down the funnel to optimise operational processes
• Experience working in Financial Services, Insurance, or FinTech sectors would be considered an advantage
• A detail-oriented person who delivers a high level of accuracy in all work, whilst maintaining a holistic view of the business
• Experience within Financial Technology / Financial Services is a must
