Your unique contribution
You will be joining the Sales & Operations Planning team based at our office in Adelaide CBD. Reporting into the Global S&OP Manager, you will be the key contact for S&OP with a true stakeholder management focus.
This role will be responsible for providing key market insights and ensuring they are communicated effectively across all stakeholders, so that the interrelated planning activities within the region are optimized.
You will be part of a collaborative, friendly team and be given the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects such as the facilitating, supporting, and executing S&OP best practices across all PRW brands and liaising with key Market Companies.

You will add value to the team through:

  • Being the central point of contact for all PRW supply & demand queries with market companies
  • Coordinating key demand expectations for production, viticulture & winemaking teams, and reporting on short-term supply risks
  • Preparation and facilitation of Monthly Supplier Reviews with market companies
  • Supporting PRW’s Global Demand & Supply (GDS) process including data entry, review & analysis
  • Providing general support to the team, as well as systems administration including Power BI reporting, maintenance, and troubleshooting
