Description:

Hybrid role, office in Warsaw.

  • Supports implementation of various projects/initiatives.
  • Gathers business needs/desired enhancements.
  • Follows the guidelines to work with teams including IT to analyze and implement solutions.
  • Supports senior process technology specialists in business process redesign and documentation as needed for processes/technology.
  • Maintains and improves sales processes, CRM/CPQ capabilities.
  • Have a fair understanding of Salesforce CRM/Oracle CPQ functionality/concepts.
  • Communicates and works directly with CRM/CPQ users globally to help resolve their sales process/technology related questions and issues.
  • Validates changes through testing/UAT.
  • Keeps users informed of problems, issues, and resolutions.
  • Helps in onboarding of global users on Salesforce CRM and/or Oracle CPQ.
  • Collaborates across global teams for free flow of work, information, ideas, and technology.
  • Partner with stakeholders on implementation on other new Sales Tools.
  • Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
  • Performs other duties as directed.
  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent of education
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Functional knowledge of Salesforce CRM and/or Oracle CPQ .
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking skills, problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate a moderate level of business acumen and ability to understand business processes.
  • Exposure of working in global environment.
  • Experience in client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, issue resolutions, training.
  • Fair understanding of sales processes.
  • Preferred - Has working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and/or Oracle CPQ.
  • Experience working in Salesforce CRM/Oracle CPQ environment.
