Description:
Hybrid role, office in Warsaw.
- Supports implementation of various projects/initiatives.
- Gathers business needs/desired enhancements.
- Follows the guidelines to work with teams including IT to analyze and implement solutions.
- Supports senior process technology specialists in business process redesign and documentation as needed for processes/technology.
- Maintains and improves sales processes, CRM/CPQ capabilities.
- Have a fair understanding of Salesforce CRM/Oracle CPQ functionality/concepts.
- Communicates and works directly with CRM/CPQ users globally to help resolve their sales process/technology related questions and issues.
- Validates changes through testing/UAT.
- Keeps users informed of problems, issues, and resolutions.
- Helps in onboarding of global users on Salesforce CRM and/or Oracle CPQ.
- Collaborates across global teams for free flow of work, information, ideas, and technology.
- Partner with stakeholders on implementation on other new Sales Tools.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
- Performs other duties as directed.
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent of education
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce CRM and/or Oracle CPQ .
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking skills, problem solving skills
- Demonstrate a moderate level of business acumen and ability to understand business processes.
- Exposure of working in global environment.
- Experience in client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, issue resolutions, training.
- Fair understanding of sales processes.
- Preferred - Has working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and/or Oracle CPQ.
- Experience working in Salesforce CRM/Oracle CPQ environment.
