Responsibilities:

During this program, you will:

• Generate quotes for new licenses and renewals
• Provide customer support to internal clients
• Learn the usage of the company´s CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
• Update the company CRM with sales opportunities, new accounts, licenses transfers and contact information
• Participate in daily meetings with the Operations team
• Carry out other related tasks

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a recent graduate of a bachelor´s degree in administration or similar field
• Demonstrate analytical, organization and attention to detail skills
• Candidate must be familiar with Office 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
• Possess great customer service skills
• Candidate must have an intermediate/advanced English communication skill
