JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aesthetic Sales & Operations Senior Manager to drive business growth, enhance customer experience, and oversee daily operations. This role requires strong leadership, sales expertise, and operational excellence to ensure smooth clinic/spa/aesthetic center functions while maximizing revenue.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & RETENTION:

• Enhance customer journey by ensuring a premium and personalized experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
• Implement loyalty programs, promotional campaigns, and referral incentives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in sales and operations within the aesthetics, beauty, or medical spa industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in sales, business growth, and customer service excellence.
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and industry regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Proficiency in CRM, scheduling software, and MS Office Suite.
