POSITION SUMMARY
As a B2C Sales Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales managers, enabling them to focus on driving business growth and achieving revenue targets. Your contributions will include managing key administrative tasks, preparing precise and timely reports, and ensuring seamless coordination within the sales process. By maintaining organized systems, analyzing sales data, and facilitating communication among stakeholders, you will help ensure the efficiency and success of our trade sales and new member acquisition.
A day in the life of a Sales Support Specialist …
- Support sales colleagues in strategic decision-making: Develop dashboards and summaries that provide valuable insights to leadership.
- Prepare for and contribute to meetings: Leverage dashboards to deliver actionable insights during sales meetings and assist in driving Trade sell-out performance.
- Maintain and enhance sales reporting: Manage and develop existing sales reports (SSO & SI), ensuring timely updates and accuracy.
- Prepare for monthly sales meetings: Compile data and reports to support effective meeting outcomes.
- Track and report key account performance: Monitor Machine Partners’ sell-in and track progress by Key Account.
- Manage free goods allocations: Ensure free goods tracking aligns with policy and manage demo agency free goods processes, including monthly consumption tracking.
- Maintain accurate records: Keep organized documentation of contracts, agreements, and communications with Machine Partners and Key Accounts.
- Facilitate purchase orders (POs): Support colleagues in creating and following up on POs in Nessoft.
