JOB TITLE: Sales Operations Specialist
DEPARTMENT: Sales Team
REPORTS TO: Sales Operations Manager
STATUS: Full-time, Exempt
LOCATION: US, Remote
CITIZENSHIP: US Citizenship required
CLEARANCE: Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance (if needed)
ANNUAL SALARY (based on experience): $62,000

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• An Associate’s Degree along with 2 years of experience working in a sales or customer service/support environment.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be self-motivated, dynamic, creative team player.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to seek assistance when appropriate.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently, and collaboratively in in a fast-paced team environment.
