Are you ready to take your career to the next level in a fast-growing, global environment? We are expanding our customer base and seeking a motivated Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in helping us build a new RevOps team, working closely with CRM management to establish sales processes that align with our overall RevOps and CRM strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales operations and a knack for optimizing processes.
REQUIREMENTS
Manage and maintain CRM data integrity
Facilitate training and onboarding of new sales representatives
Provide day-to-day support for the sales team
Streamline and optimize sales processes for efficiency and scalability
Assist in sales forecasting and pipeline management
Analyze and track the sales funnel to identify trends and opportunities
Support ad-hoc reporting requests to inform business decisions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales operations or a related field
- Strong affinity for working with data and making data-driven decisions
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate effectively across departments
