Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor or Master’s d degree in Business Administration or similar
  • At least 3 years of experience in a back-office or detail-orientated role: finance, banking, commercial operations, customer service, sales support, etc.
  • Previous experience in an IT company or large organization is a plus
  • Openness to familiarizing yourself with our CRM System and its customizations, ideally you have already Salesforce experience
  • Solid knowledge of the common Office products especially Excel, Power Point and outlook
  • Good sense of priorities and a structured way of working and deep attention to details
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation as well as social skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills
