Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales position or similar.
- Vocational training in the IT environment, preferably with initial professional experience in IT support.
- Quick comprehension of user requirements.
- Someone who is helpful and works conscientiously and precisely.
- Open to familiarizing with our CRM System and its customizations.
- Solid knowledge of the common Office products especially Excel and outlook.
- Good sense of priorities and a structured way of working.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
- Fluent level of German and English.
Responsibilities:
- Communication bridge among internal colleagues regarding user issues and questions in Salesforce.
- Provide support through a ticket system, e-mail and telephone, and screen sharing.
- Report faults and solve them independently or together with technical experts.
- Process service requests and other questions.
- Responsible for the CRM administration and management.
- Ensure the quality of the data.
