Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales position or similar.
  • Vocational training in the IT environment, preferably with initial professional experience in IT support.
  • Quick comprehension of user requirements.
  • Someone who is helpful and works conscientiously and precisely.
  • Open to familiarizing with our CRM System and its customizations.
  • Solid knowledge of the common Office products especially Excel and outlook.
  • Good sense of priorities and a structured way of working.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
  • Fluent level of German and English.

Responsibilities:

  • Communication bridge among internal colleagues regarding user issues and questions in Salesforce.
  • Provide support through a ticket system, e-mail and telephone, and screen sharing.
  • Report faults and solve them independently or together with technical experts.
  • Process service requests and other questions.
  • Responsible for the CRM administration and management.
  • Ensure the quality of the data.
