We are now looking for a Sales Optimisation Manager who will be responsible for maximising revenue through strategic planning, curation and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Drive accommodation deal scheduling and strategy in collaboration with the PCM team, Regional Heads and Key Stakeholders.
- Review forecasting vs actuals to identify gaps and opportunities for improvements.
- Oversee overarching strategy including key hero offers and partnership initiatives with internal stakeholders.
- Use Salesforce to manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives.
- Work alongside key stakeholders to identify the best placement for offers by region, target market, and demand.
- Deal Production & Scheduling - Awareness of progress of offers in key destinations and product segments to support Sales Optimisation Coordinator to manage a healthy production line.
- Monitor, analyse and produce insight and trend reviews to support contracting, partner marketing and on-going curation.
- Monitor and analyse business performance to identify gaps, opportunities and threats.
- Utilise data and insights to optimise on-site search and ranking for key destinations and product segments.
