Description:
Job Overview:
As an Outdoor Sales Executive at Go Studio, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts in the marketing and advertising sector. Your primary focus will be to meet monthly sales targets ranging from 15,000 KD to 30,000 KD by building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our services effectively in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and field visits.
- Conduct market research to understand potential clients and tailor pitches to their specific needs.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Achieve monthly sales targets of 15,000 KD to 30,000 KD by effectively promoting and selling Go Studio’s marketing and advertising services.
- Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present service offerings.
- Market Insights:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to effectively position Go Studio’s services.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on client preferences and market demands.
- Sales Presentations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability for the company.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a seamless handover of new clients and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM software.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in marketing and advertising.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
