We are seeking a Sales Performance Analyst to join our New York office and support our mission to deliver outstanding media services.

EXPERIENCE THAT’LL PUT YOU AHEAD OF THE CURVE…

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or sufficient relevant experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or a similar role within the publisher space.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools with experience of Salesforce required.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly and concisely.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels in different global locations.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

The Sales Performance Analyst will support the SVP’s of Sales by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience in advertising sales environments, and a deep understanding of the media industry.

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics, performance against targets, and overall team productivity.
  • Trend Identification: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights that will enhance sales strategies.
  • Decision Support: Provide analytical support to the SVPs in strategic planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with sales leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimise sales performance.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Analyse the effectiveness of current sales processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Training and Development: Work with the sales team to understand their data needs and provide training on best practices for using sales data and analytics tools.
  • CRM Management: Ensure the sales CRM system (Salesforce) is being used effectively, and the data is accurate and up to date.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance (using NetSuite), and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
