ARE YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT DEVELOPING OTHERS, DRIVING SALES, AND DELIVERING EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales & Performance Coach to join our dynamic contact centre team. In this role, you’ll work closely with both our Sales Advisors and Customer Service Advisors (CSAs), coaching them to maximise their potential, enhance sales performance, and consistently deliver outstanding customer service. You will also collaborate with the client to identify and address blockers and work on how training is developed and delivered.
McCarthy Stone knowledge is desirable but not essential, interviews will be tailored around your experience in coaching and developing sales and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching and feedback to Sales Advisors to improve call quality, sales conversion, and missed opportunities.
  • Work closely with Customer Service Advisors to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service, identifying areas for improvement and driving best practice.
  • Analyse performance metrics and collaborate with team leaders to develop tailored coaching plans for both sales and service teams.
  • Recognise and raise any blockers impacting performance with the client, working collaboratively to develop and deliver appropriate training solutions.
  • Foster a positive and results-driven environment through regular performance reviews and ongoing development sessions.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a coaching or performance management role, ideally within sales and customer service environments.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide constructive, actionable feedback.
  • A sales-focused and customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for improving team performance.
  • Experience working alongside team leaders and liaising with clients is desirable.
