Description:

Then you might be the one we are looking for as Sales Performance Manager. An exciting role, where you will have broad interaction with the Organization and significant impact on our daily results.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As Sales Performance Manager you will be responsible for delivering all needed analysis, data and insights to the Commercial Director and Management Team. The role includes preparing decision making proposals and presentations to the Management Team based on your analytical work. You will be responsible for ensuring that business-critical reports and analyses are prepared, to create a solid decision-making basis for Commercial Sales initiatives. Therefore, you will also be a key person in the Commercial Management.
Based on analytical insights you will take part in designing our commercial plans in consultation with our Commercial Director and Regional Managers. In this role, you will have extensive interaction and collaboration with stakeholders across the entire business, and report directly to our Commercial Director. As you are given the overall responsibility for all planning, it’s expected that you have a good understanding of the business and are accustomed to transforming analyses into business insights.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Short-term operational planning including daily and weekly activities to provide inputs for improving opportunities in our sales Organization.
- Monthly preparation of commercial plans for all commercial channels.
- Preparing decision proposals and presentations for the Company’s Management team based on analytical work.
- Responsibility for various projects and business cases including price setting and campaigns.
- Daily management of the team, including team performances and results (KPIs), and ensuring the development of each team member.
