YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed studies in the field of buisiness, economics or comparable
- First professional experience
- Experience with sales and/or sales back office activities is an advantage
- Experienced with MS Office and SAP
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English
- Good communication skills and strong ability to work in a team
Responsibilities:
- Deploy and contribute to the success of the sales strategy with a reliable and detailed Sales Pipeline
- Ensure regular (C-level) management reporting by consolidating essential worldwide inputs and required market data
- Coordinate and work on Global Sales processes and projects with the other sales functions and resp. departments in Operations, R&D and International Organizations
- Active participation in the conceptual development of tools and processes
- Collect feedback continuously from main stakeholders and propose implementation of improvements and/or simplifications
- Propose and evaluate Key Progress Indicators, KPIs to evaluate performance, ensure continuous reporting and escalation in case of deviations
- Identifying deviations compared to the previous month on market outlook and planning implications
- Providing feedback and results on planning and capacities for the regional organizations
