1. COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Effective verbal communication and tenacity for establishing and navigating initial contacts within organizations.
- Strong written communication for essential follow-up after initial contact.
Responsibilities:
KEY DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Security Services Information Management
- Document current security services and providers, including contractual details, expiry dates, points of contact, and contract value.
- Input this information into Salesforce to create a Victorian sales pipeline.
- Business Development Planning
- Develop a business plan for each customer.
- Assign plans to accountable individuals (State GM or State Manager) for follow-up.
- General Duties
- Adhere to and role model company values and policies.
- Ensure health and safety compliance, reporting hazards and incidents.
- Participate in annual performance review (PDR) processes and achieve set objectives.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager.
- People Management Duties
- Set team objectives aligned with the PDR process.
- Support and develop team members through effective communication and meaningful work.
- Identify and support training opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with policies and legislative requirements.
- Foster a culture of compliance and escalate risks as necessary.
