Description:

KEY OBJECTIVE

This individual will be responsible for supporting the Regional VP of IDP and will help to drive needed Business Plans, execute projects, drive strategies and tactics to effectively manage the Agency channel in LATAM. Main areas of focus will include supporting the development of standardization of processes, managing programs like Cornerstone, enhancing and improving the CRM. They will also work to build an onboarding processes, create agency planning tools and building presentations while helping to drive new dashboards and analytics to the agency team. The key functions will include improving the agency team’s performance and tracking of monthly KPI’s by objectives. Leveraging data and developing business cases for new country products, developing a standardized process to launches new products and systems that enhance and improve our delivery and adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting and managing agency initiatives that drive operational efficiencies across the entire region. This person will work in close partnership with the regional agency analytics lead and help to drive new processes to the 5 year planning process and annual plan.
  • Responsible for helping to develop a regional training calendar and driving training best practices to all the countries in the region.
  • Support to build agendas for meetings, quarterly calls, and annual agency team meeting. Assist with the development of the agency mission and value proposition.
  • Lead the development of the agency predictive analytics tool to help identify market opportunities.
  • Support the work to build a world class CRM for agency and help to incorporate new processes and strategies that help our field sales team drive better efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work with Dynamics team to develop and improve our APM CRM dashboards within the CRM tool that is both easy to use and review and will help with adoption of the tools to drive engagement and adoption
  • Support LATAM with product line and agency incentives management to drive production and recognition. Work with the local agency heads and analytics leader to streamline and adjust the KAM Incentive to make sure we are maximizing our spend
  • Support markets research to determine potential market opportunities.
  • Support top line and bottom line financial performance through day to day monitoring, operational improvements and working across the underwriting, distribution and service functions.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic business plans to achieve production and profitable growth
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Chubb’s sales operations to ensure we have the proper tools to operate effectively.
  • Prior insurance experience with focus on sales management, operations and strategy.
  • Some underwriting experience within the insurance industry specific to property and casualty a plus.
  • Knowledge of the global insurance environment and an internationally minded individual that is able to work across multiple cultures, countries and management matrices to build creative solutions while gaining consensus for their new idea.
  • A self-motivated individual that is able to work independently and make appropriate decisions without the need for constant guidance.
  • Ability to plan, organize, direct and implement goals and objectives, to stimulate creativity and change when required.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and to interact effectively with internal and external individuals.
  • Good knowledge of both English and Spanish
  • Demonstrated ability to perform financial and business planning analyses for the department.
  • Prior history of high achievement in a team-based and results oriented culture.
  • Proven track record in relationship building.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with thorough attention to detail.
  • Deep experience using PowerPoint (including strong storyboarding skills) and Excel.
  • Excellent planning, documentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management ability and drive for results.
  • Strong problem solving ability.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 15% of the year.
