QUALIFICATIONS:

· College diploma or degree is Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
· Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally in residential construction
· Valid G driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for transportation to the various presentation centres

· Customer Engagement and Sales – welcome customers, conduct a needs assessment, facilitate financial discussions, prepare quotations, and guide customers through the sales process
· Administration Duties – track leads, update records, prepare reports, maintain marketing materials, coordinate pricing and complex customer requests
· Presentation Centre – open and close centres daily, perform routine checks for cleanliness and readiness, address basic maintenance issues
· Sales Process Support – conduct working drawing reviews, prepare sales forms, attend and occasionally lead pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) and electrical plan review meetings (EPRs)
