We are immediately hiring for an experienced SALES PROFESSIONAL, as part of our NEW YORK METRO TEAM, who embodies the ARDEX solution-driven, “customer first” approach, to cultivate new and existing business opportunities with partner distributors, commercial contractors, flooring contractors and installers, specifiers, architects, and other key influencers.
This is a field sales position with a home base location of NEW JERSEY. Daily territory travel with some overnight. Compensation potential: $80-120k. Compensation comprises base salary, commission, bonus.

Drive Sales Growth of ARDEX and Henry products

  • Generate Leads and win new business opportunities
  • Promote Products through hands-on demonstrations, presentations, and professional displays
  • Build Relationships with partner distributors, specialist flooring/tiling contractors, general contractors, architects, and key business influencers.
  • Field Service & Support including job start assistance, bid preparation, and distributor/installer training
  • Technical Expertise and technical recommendations, liaising with our technical team for resources and solutions
  • Achieve Targets and exceed goals
  • Collaborate with corporate resources (Technical, Customer Service, Marketing, Logistics) to deliver exceptional service to ARDEX customers
  • Exceptional Standards - represent ARDEX as the industry leader for exemplary professional standards and a ‘customer first’ approach.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Demonstrable outside sales experience
  • Deep understanding of flooring installation systems - tile installation is a plus.
  • Strong technical acumen with an eye for architectural specifications and design elements.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a solution-driven, customer-focused mindset.
  • Proven ability to close sales and confidently deliver product presentations.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to travel daily in the territory.
  • Mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills for physically demanding fieldwork.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally
  • A four-year college degree is preferred, or a high school diploma with relevant industry experience.
