Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Professionals to join our team. These individuals will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leveraging their experience in commissioning, site and facility assessments, and general knowledge of the Mission Critical Industry, particularly within the data center sector. The ideal candidates will have a robust network of contacts within the industry and be willing to travel as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven knowledge in commissioning, site, and facility assessments.
- Proven knowledge in commissioning, site, and facility assessments.
- General knowledge of the mission critical industry/data center industry.
- A book of contacts within the industry is highly beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of general construction, white space buildout, and electrical infrastructure.
- Experience with GSA work or other state/federal/government contracts is highly advantageous.
- Excellent written, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the mission-critical/data center industries.
- Utilize your experience in commissioning and site assessments to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with our engineering and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Identify and engage potential clients in various industries, including data center, hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, commercial, and government sectors.
- Present and promote the client, highlighting expertise in design, engineering, construction, white space build out and maintenance services.
- Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain a deep understanding of data center technologies, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships and promote the client’s services.
- Work with the project team to prepare and submit detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined and agreed upon.
