Inviting applications for the role of the Sales Program Specialist – Process Associate – Czech – Hybrid Lisbon!
Our Strategic Sales team is responsible for delivering on programs and processes that drive growth in our segment of advertisers. As a Strategic Sales Specialist you will support innovative scalable sales programs across a diverse set of customers, focusing on driving revenue and product adoption.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
  • Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying.
  • Experience working in a sales or account management role with small businesses.
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
  • Passion for social media/entertainment marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study.
  • Proficient level of English min C1.
  • This job will require working in a normal shift, Monday to Friday.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS

  • Relevant year experience in marketing landscape, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience.
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A team player and collaborator.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue for our client by supporting scalable sales programs across a variety of direct clients and agencies.
  • Drive product adoption and educate clients and agencies in a scalable fashion.
  • Assist in creating marketing strategies to target B2B clients through digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to generate leads, engage in outreach, and establish client relationships.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Analyze marketing data and assist in preparing reports to measure campaign success.
  • Provide general support in sales presentations, demonstrations, and customer communications.
  • Continuously learn about the company’s product offerings and industry trends to contribute to sales strategies effectively.
  • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic services and programs.
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
  • Performing cold Calling on daily basis to enhance productivity and lifting sales opportunities.
  • Delivering product presentations following client portfolio
  • Meetings sales target established by the company.
