Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Progressionist / Conveyancer. Key Responsibilities • Explaining and drafting of the Form F / MOU/ SPA in line with agent/s observing any special considerations related to the transaction. • Prepare a property and parties involved for transfer of ownership including a series of due diligence checks. • Maintain non-bias, effective and transparent communication between all parties included but not limited to buyers, sellers, banks, developers’ offices, trustee offices, utility providers, 3rd party agencies, surveyors, DLD, internal USH team and departments. • Complete and maintain a full set of paperwork and files for conveyance. • Calculate financial settlement and communicate expectations to all parties. • Work with the timeframes and deadlines set by clients/ agreements and transfer offices. • Coordinate and communicate transfer requirements and appointment with all parties. • Attend transfers at trustee offices in person in conjunction with client/s and agent/s. • Lead by example and enhance the company’s reputation in best practice and code of ethics. • Maintain quality control on record keeping/ clients files. • Work with and complement Exclusive Links Accounts departments, Agents and Managers. • Collect/ hold funds inline with secure company accounting practices. • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • UAE Drivers License and own car. • Proven track record in sales progression with a minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar conveyancing/sales progression role or minimum 5 years in a real estate brokerage concluding sales transactions with buyers/ sellers. • Have knowledge of all conveyancing process and policies. • Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels including legal references.
