We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Progressor to join a friendly team working from our Suffolk region and based at our office in Bury St Edmunds on a 12 month fixed term basis.

The post works closely with the Head of Sales, Field Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to meet these key objectives:

• Liaise with appointed conveyancing solicitors, Independent Financial Advisors and estate agents (as applicable) to undertake a smooth and efficient transition, ideally under 56 days, of plots from reservation to exchange
• Update all progression notes in real time and ensure these are comprehensive in time for the weekly Legal call
• Attend the Legal call to offer insight and actions
• Facilitate Move Easy and Part Exchange transactions from point of enquiry through to buy-in plot resale
• Assist in early chain checking of prospective reserving plots as required
• To offer assistance to the sales process and support sales consultants as required
• Attend Sales meetings and training as required
