RELATIONSHIP MANAGER NEEDED

Looking for a relationship manager to nurture new relationships to build business opportunities and maintain existing ones. This position requires exceptional communication skills, including conflict resolution and active listening.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s own time
  • Ability to build relationships and close deals

    Pay: $48,665.30 – $137,008.75 per year

Responsibilities:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meeting with clients: you organise regular meetings with clients and business representatives to discuss their needs.
Developing marketing strategies: you develop marketing strategies based on your client’s requirements by positioning our company as the best service provider.
Presenting new products : you develop new business opportunities by introducing new products or services to your clients to establish upselling opportunities.
Researching competing businesses: you help your employer maintain brand authority by researching the company’s competition. Your job is to analyse the customer base and find strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Resolving internal conflicts: As a Relationship manager you will handle employee disputes and promote collaboration. You also manage internal relationships by resolving conflicts between team members and promoting internal relationships.

KEY ROLE:

· Looking for New Client and business opportunity
· Improve relationship and business volume with existing clients
· Prepare marketing material to present to clients
· Monitor Regular scheduled jobs are successfully completing
· Market Research and find competitor products
· presenting new Product and getting feedback from team members
· Analyse product moving performance and present report
· Employee relationship to improve migration
· Sorting Resume to find suitable candidates for job
· Preparing Employee’s performance report
· Motivate employees for better performance
· Resolve Customer conflicts with employees
· Dealing Unhappy customer and pursue resolution as per company policy
· Monitor Sales rep communication to minimise customer conflicts.
· Organise monthly meeting and discuss all reports
