JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management and lead generation strategies. This role requires a passion for technology sales and the ability to collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
This Sales Representative will help launch and scale the product. While direct sales is the primary focus, we seek someone with strategic thinking to refine sales strategy, explore new markets, and help build a sales team as we grow. Tech fluency is required to effectively engage with the product team and customers.
Our target markets include legal (depositions), insurance, banking, investigations, employment, and prosumers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting: Email, call, and network with potential customers
  • Sales Execution: Conduct follow-ups, Zoom meetings, and in-person events when needed
  • Strategy: Assess, refine, and execute sales initiatives
  • Partnerships: Develop and expand partner sales channels
  • CRM Management: Use Salesforce to track leads and deals

Duties for the position:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in assigned territories through effective account management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct outside sales activities, including presentations and demonstrations of products or services to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and territory performance.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in outside sales or B2B environments.
  • Strong understanding of technology sales processes and account management principles.
  • Excellent lead generation skills with a track record of successful direct sales initiatives.
  • Ability to effectively manage a territory while collaborating with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
