Description:
ABOUT US:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic sales representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service to homeowners, contractors, interior designers, and developers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, an understanding of the latest trends in home interiors, and the ability to communicate effectively to match customer needs with the perfect products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of sales experience in the kitchen, bathroom, or home improvement industry (preferred).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in design, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with kitchen and bathroom design concepts, cabinetry, materials, and finishes. Knowledge of design software (such as 2020, Mozaik, or AutoCAD) is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Customer-Focused: Exceptional customer service skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software (Shopify).
- Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be able to travel to customer sites for consultations.

Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and engage new potential customers (homeowners, contractors, interior designers, and builders).
- Follow up with leads, schedule in-person meetings, and conduct product presentations.
- Promote and sell kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities to both individual clients and commercial accounts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and related accessories.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends, materials, and industry standards for kitchen and bathroom design.
- Advise customers on design options, functionality, finishes, and materials that best suit their space and budget.
- Customer Interaction:
- Provide personalized consultations to clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Assist customers in selecting the best products for their kitchen or bathroom remodel projects.
- Provide design suggestions and product recommendations based on customer preferences, space layout, and functional needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth sales experience.
- Quote and Proposal Generation:
- Prepare accurate product quotes, proposals, and pricing for customers based on their specifications.
- Make design according to the on-site measurements.
- Review and verify design plans, measurements, and quantities to ensure accuracy.
- Order Management:
- Track sales orders from initial inquiry to final installation.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Assist in resolving any post-sales issues or concerns, including product defects, damages, or installation questions.
- Networking and Relationship Building:
- Build long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to stay connected with new trends, suppliers, and potential business partners.
- Maintain an active presence in the local design and construction community.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain detailed and organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and customer balances as necessary.
