Description:
Outside sales representative
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with municipal and industrial wastewater operations clients and senior leadership.
- Prospect for new opportunities while managing and growing an existing book of business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored proposals for clients.
- Attend trade shows and engage in networking to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with a support team, including subject matter experts, customer service representatives, and company leadership.
- Approximately 25% travel in Alberta, annually
- Hybrid, in Edmonton office 50% for the first six months (training period). Then work from home hybrid.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, sales, or customer service.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong ability to prospect, close deals, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- A background in water management, environmental science, or wastewater operations is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
- The role is ideal for a dynamic, coachable sales representative who is comfortable with a diverse catalogue of products.

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
