Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in helping us expand our reach and connect more people to the benefits of Pilates education. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is ready to step into a dynamic role, work with great leads, and help clients transform their careers in health and fitness. You’ll be working with a CRM system to manage your pipeline, nurture leads, and drive new business opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Engaging with warm leads and guiding them through our Pilates Education programmes.
  • Managing your pipeline of prospects through our CRM system, ensuring excellent follow-up and relationship building.
  • Proactively reaching out to individuals and businesses who could benefit from our training programmes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Manage your time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines
  • Achieving sales targets through a consultative, solution-based approach.
  • Collaborating with our passionate team to identify opportunities and drive growth.
  • Keeping up to date with the fitness and wellness industry to better understand client needs.
