Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Representative – Aquaculture, Kalimantan Area is responsible to find potential customers, provide technical advices for the customers in Kalimantan Area and to provide troubleshooting assistance for the customers related to aquafeed products in order to enhance sales and create new sales opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve target sales performance
- Identifies and follow up new sales opportunities for aquafeed products by analyzing and summarizing information & trends related to the competition in the fish feed market.
- Develop new accounts by researching and identifying potential leads, soliciting new business, building connection, providing technical information and advice, promoting, presenting, and demonstrating aquafeed product
- Build and maintain strong positive relationship with existing customers as well as with new customers including providing support in aquaculture management
- Ensure account receivables management in line with company objectives
- Provide technical assistance and follow-up to customers to ensure product performance on the field
- Provide progress report of monthly/quarterly initiatives clearly
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Fisheries & Marine Sciences major or related
- Have minimum 2-3 years in-job related experiences in aquaculture industry (aquafeed) for minimum 3 years
- Residence in Kalimantan Area
- Have excellent field sales experience of aquafeed products in Kalimantan Area
- Have Technical & Professional Knowledge of aquafeed products
- A strong team player with high business acumen
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Strong communication skills both spoken and written in English & Bahasa
- Able and willing to work under pressure
- Able to operate Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, & Power Point)
- Have Valid Car Driving license (SIM A)
