Description:
ASSA ABLOY Vingcard Team is growing! We are looking for a new Sales Representative to join us in the Northern part of Poland, to support our growth strategy in the region of West Pomeranian, Pomeranian and Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED
We are looking for someone who:
- Has either a high school diploma or higher education within a technical field - engineering or construction
- Has at least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a sales representative in the B2B and technical product market with demonstrable positive results
- Is curious to learn about IT/HVAC/Access control products
- Has strong negotiation skills, ability to influence others, excellent presentation and effective communication skills
- Actively works with a PC (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM)
- Is fluent in Polish
- Is communicative in English -mid level
- Has a valid driving license
- Is available to travel within the region of Northern Poland
- Has high working ethics and enjoys collaborating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders across all levels
Responsibilities:
To support the growth of Vingcard, our premium product portfolio for the Hospitality industry, we are looking to expand Sales Team. Your role would be to actively seek out new business opportunities by networking, identifying key players on designated regions via cold-calling activities and establishing long term partnerships. You will also establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers such as hotel owners, project developers, specialist planners, architects and installation companies and more, acting as their trusted advisor and a subject matter expert. Your key focus area would be on implementation of our sales plans in the region.
