JOB SUMMARY:

Texco FZE based in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, a leading worldwide supplier operating in the industry of Automotive Aftermarket of spare parts for passenger cars and trucks, is looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. The company’s brands are prominent and widely distributed internationally in Europe, CIS, Central Asia and other regions for more than 18 years. QUALIFICATIONS STRICTLY REQUIRED:

  1. Proficiency in English
  2. Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the B2B Automotive industry for at least 3 years
  3. Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  4. Holder of a valid UAE driving license
  5. A personal car at regular disposal
  6. Diploma in any field
  7. Sales experience in the spare parts aftermarket industry
  8. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  9. Fast learner and passion for sales
  10. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  11. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

QUALIFICATIONS APPRECIATED AS A PLUS:

  1. Hands-on experience with CRM software
  2. Work experience in an internationally well-established company

Responsibilities:

  1. Be knowledgeable about the company’s products, software, rules and procedures
  2. Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion mainly in the MEA region
  3. Build a network of distributors and dealers in the region through written communication, networking and social media, phone calls, visits and exhibitions
  4. Deliver appropriate presentations
  5. Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
  6. Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
  7. Initiate and process customers’ inquiries
  8. Negotiate on complaints and objectives
  9. Receive, process and follow up on customers’ orders
  10. Collaborate with colleagues within the company in many different sectors like marketing, order processing, logistics, etc.
  11. Maintain contact lists, use CRM and follow up with customers to continue relationships
  12. Report regularly to the manager on the market and sales
