Sales Representative / Beauty Advisor

Join our team at KISEKI as a Sales Representative and help clients explore the world of Asian beauty products! In this role, you’ll craft personalized experiences for every customer, showcasing your unique skills. If you’re passionate about Asian beauty and enjoy making others feel confident, we’d love to have you on board to help transform the Asian beauty retail experience.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail
• Passion for client service and beauty.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Resilience and the ability to react to situations in the moment.
• Flexible availability to work during “peak” retail hours.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Additional language is a plus.
  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
  Pay: From $17.40 per hour
  Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week

• Stay Current with Beauty Trends: Be the first to know about the latest beauty trends and new products at KISEKI.
• Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients. Be proactive and approachable.
• Participate in Sales and Promotional Events: Be part of exciting sales events and promotions.
• Clienteling: Provide memorable service leading up to cash wrap. Input customer profile to clientele list tocreate a long-lasting relationship.
• Maintain Store Environment: Help maintain a clean, well-stocked and smoothly operating store.
