Description:
HOW YOU’LL HELP BUILD ONE•FIVE
- Outbound sales leads! You’ll be pivotal in outbound sales strategies, including cold calling, sending introductory emails, and scheduling first calls with potential clients. You’ll help coordinate with the Ops team to aid in creating and sending product samples to prospective clients.
- Lead Gen and Real Market Research! Identify and research new opportunities for growth within the sustainable packaging sector, as well as vital competitor analysis. You’ll leverage our CRM, other online tools, databases and networking events to bring in qualified leads.
- Awesome trade shows and fairs! Help prepare, organise and attend trade shows, fairs and industry events (with support from our team). You’ll act as the company representative, building and maintaining relationships with potential leads as well as existing customers.

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Representative to drive growth and commercial interest across the business. The role involves generating leads, attending trade fairs, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with various departments to drive business growth.
Given the remote first nature of our team, this role can be based anywhere in Europe (preference for DACH), but you will need to be available to travel to customer visits and trade shows when required.
