As a trusted name in the automotive world, Fikse Wheels continues to grow, and they are now seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join their dedicated sales team.
JOB SUMMARY:
Crisp is leading the search for a motivated Sales Development Representative for Fikse Wheels to help drive sales growth and streamline sales processes. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, this role is key to ensuring the smooth operation of Fikse Wheels’ sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in generating, qualifying, and closing leads, while maintaining the company’s high standards of excellence and driving revenue growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (equivalent work experience will also be considered).
- At least 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as FreshSales, HubSpot, or Salesforce, as well as sales analytics tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and dealers.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with G-Suite, Zoom, and other cloud-based tools.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- A genuine passion for cars and a solid mechanical understanding of wheels is highly preferred.
- Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
