REQUIREMENTS:

This ideal candidate will have experience on the Shopify platform, sales and email support. Also, a general knowledge about saunas will help, but isn’t required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer and respond to outbound and inbound calls.
• Respond to chat / emails.
• Help customers place or update orders over the phone.
• Reach out to product vendors with order updates or cancellations.
• Escalate internally when customer issues arise.
