ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Internal Instrument Sales / Service Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support sales and service operations in a growing, family-owned company. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and innovation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide counter and phone sales, including service support.
• Process orders, sales, and service transactions.
• Assist with product research and support the external sales team.
• Manage spare part inventory and check incoming stock.
• Liaise with suppliers and provide customers with ETAs.
• General administration and housekeeping duties (including OH&S).
