Description:

Location: Remote - Anywhere in LATAM
Job Type: Full-Time - Contractor
Compensation: Base: USD 1500-1800/month + incentives and sales commissions
To be considered for this position you must have an advanced level of English & Spanish.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced level of English & Spanish.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative (2+ years).
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated leadership and professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets) and intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.

SKILLS:

  • Communication Skills: Able to adapt different communication styles, tailoring and anticipating lead needs effectively. Ability to speak and write clearly and informatively, listen and get clarification, and respond well to questions while at the same time demonstrating genuine interest in helping the lead achieve their goals.
  • Sales Skills: Clients’ interests are treated as the top priority. High engagement with leads translates to a higher conversion rate. Ability to empathize with the lead or existing client and make them feel at ease that their concerns will be addressed to the best of our ability.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Knowledge in solving conflicts, maintaining confidentiality, active listening, remaining open to others’ ideas, empathy, and emotional intelligence
  • Relationship Building Skills: Ability to make leads and existing clients feel comfortable and they are being served according to their needs, reaching and exceeding their expectations, therefore there will be a future business with them. Ensures leads and clients feel comfortable and well-served, striving to exceed expectations and build long-term business relationships.
  • Sales Tool Skills: Proficiency in CRM and other sales tools, keeping data updated, and adapting quickly to new tools, training, improvements and technologies to improve the company’s efficiency.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you ready to play a key role in transforming client interactions into successful business relationships? As a Sales Representative at GBS Group, you will directly impact our clients’ success by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
In this role, you’ll prioritize the client’s needs over the product being sold, building meaningful relationships by addressing their unique challenges and aspirations. You’ll deliver solutions that empower them to thrive.
You will manage both inbound and outbound sales for LLC Hub and GBS Group services, with a focus on building strong client relationships, delivering insightful proposals, and resolving issues promptly. Your role will involve confidently explaining our services, actively listening to clients, and adopting a customer-centric approach to identify and address their unique challenges. Additionally, you’ll contribute innovative strategies for data scraping and cold calling to effectively attract and engage new clients. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on client engagement, providing you the opportunity to make a tangible impact by fostering trust, understanding, and mutually beneficial relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Present, promote, and sell GBS Group and LLC Hub services to prospective customers.
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals/quotes sent to prospects.
  • Identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities within existing clients.
  • Maintain detailed records in the CRM of customer interactions.
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly to maximize satisfaction.
  • Utilize client feedback to enhance processes and drive improvements.
  • Provide management with insights on customer needs, competitive activities, and new product opportunities.
  • Engage in outbound sales activities, including reaching out to potential clients and promoting services.
  • Contribute to strategies for data scraping and cold calling.
