Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our business development efforts. Your primary focus will be to prospect new clients and engage them in discussions about their Group Benefits and Group Retirement programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospecting & Acquisition: Actively seek out and secure new clients for PACE Consulting Benefits & Pensions Ltd.
- Client Engagement: Manage relationships with prospective clients and insurance carriers throughout the sales process.
- Sales Leadership: Collaborate with the Sales Leadership team and Account Managers to oversee all aspects of the sales process and ensure a smooth implementation for new clients.
